How Are Gen Z and Others Navigating Financial Decisions?

With the upcoming Financial Literacy Month in April and the current economy conversations weighing on the current and future workforce, it’s a crucial time to support individuals on their journey to financial literacy. Outspoken speakers and award-winning documentary filmmakers Chris Temple and Zach Ingrasci (known for the film Living on a Dollar) are going on a college campus tour this spring and throughout 2024-2025 in an effort to create a meaningful financial educational experience for students that will help them better understand their own personal relationship to money and feel more knowledgeable and empowered as investors (56% of Gen Zs invest after all).

As students graduate and learn to navigate complex financial decisions that include saving for retirement and managing debt, providing financial education and support programs is crucial in this ever-evolving modern world. With financial stress seemingly always on the rise, it's crucial to provide students and employees alike with coaching and insights to ensure they do not make the wrong decisions for their financial wellbeing—this includes crypto and financial apps/online investing. Whether you’re on a college campus or hoping to up your internal support for your organization’s employees, programming like this will benefit all. Chris and Zach will also be booking speaking opportunities at organizations hoping to share this content with employees.

In addition to a screening of their award-winning documentary (which premiered at Tribeca Film Festival), THIS IS NOT FINANCIAL ADVICE, Chris and Zach will speak and answer questions on a range of financial topics including: risks of following the crowd, investing based on FOMO, identifying credible financial resources/how to vet sources you’re getting info from, investment fraud and the role of social media in investor fraud, investing vs speculation vs gambling, and how to know when an investment is right for you.
